Makes 2 x 750g loaves
Ingredients Per 500g:
500g Bread Mix
15g Dried Yeast
Method: Place bread mix and yeast into mixing bowl using hook attachment for 30 seconds on low Speed. Slowly add water until dough is formed. Mix on low for a further 3 minutes. Ensure consistency is neither too wet or too dry. Increase mixer speed to medium for approx 10 minutes. Remove from bowl, onto floured surface. Roll into ball and cover with moist teatowel. Allow dough to rest for 10 min. Cut dough into desired sized pieces, roll into balls, cover and rest for a further 10 minutes. Take the dough pieces and shape them into tins or trays (ensure tins are greased). Cover and allow the dough to rise for approx 40 minutes or until 1/3 of its original size.. Place dough into preheated oven 220 degrees. Bake for 40 min or until well baked. Allow to cool.

Best before 12 months from date of manufacture. Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
