A light tan coloured soft shortening. Premium release agent for sponge and cake tins. Applied by brush.
Ingredients: vegetable oil (antioxidant (307)), wheat starch, vegetable fat, Emulsifier (322 soy), acidity regulator (262), antioxidant (320).
Allergens: gluten and soy. Maybe present due to shared equipment: milk.
Best before 12 months from date of manufacture. Store between 5-25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
