Add to icings, cake & biscuit batters, fondant crème, fillings, ice-cream & macarons when you want intensity of flavour matched with the fragrance of the flavour. Add to melted chocolate buttons, ganache, butters and fat based products to add intensity of flavour. Also suited to high temperature baking applications for retention of flavour strength.
