Pinnacle Utility Cake Mix - 1kg

What You Need:
1kg Utility Mix
200g Eggs
400g Water

Method:
Place water, eggs and utility cake mix into mixer bowl, using sponge whisk, blend on low for 1 minute. Scrape down bowl. (Whisk will promote a cake with a finer crumb and better volume) Whisk on medium speed for a further 5 minutes. Mix on low-medium for a further 5 minutes.

Makes approx 24 x Standard cupcakes @ 60g each
