Pinnacle Super Glaze 400g

Apply to Danish, Croissants, Donuts and other assorted pastries to give a clear,
shiny, sugar coat finish. This product will give a super shine that is dry to touch.

Instructions:
1. Remove pastry item from oven and let slightly cool for 1 – 2 minutes.
2. Apply the glaze to the product using a pastry brush.
3. Leave the product to cool. The glaze must be applied to hot product as this
sets the glaze. If the product is to cool the glaze will not set sufficiently
