Pinnacle Cake Donut Mix - 500g

Just add water! Suitable for frying or baking.

Method: Combine donut mix and water together in a bowl and blend on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and blend on medium speed for a further 1 minute. Rest mix for 10 minutes. Fill donut dispenser and fry until golden brown. Finish with cinnamon and sugar, vanilla glaze, ganache or desired topping.
Tips: Grease Dispenser with oil prior to filling. Add extra water to mix if mixture thickens. Donut mix can also be oven baked in a tray or silicone mould.
