Perfect Pancake Mix 250g

Combine 250g Pancake Mix with either 350g cold water or 425g cold milk. Whisk together to remove all lumps. Cook on a hotplate until bubbles form on surface. Flip and cook until brown. For a thinner consistency add more liquid.

For fun pancakes, add food colouring and squeeze from a bottle to create shapes and pictures.
