Passionfruit Fruit Filling 500g

Ready to use. Use as a filling for cakes, cupcakes, tarts, donuts, slices, pastries, Cheesecakes etc. Bake into cake mix for added flavour. Use for decoration. Shelf and Bake Stable.

Ingredients: water, sugar, Passion fruit puree with seeds 8.1%, glucose syrup, modified maize starch, apple puree 3.4% (apple equivalent 4%), passion fruit juice concentrate 2% (juice passion fruit equivalent 13%), gelling agents: microcrystaline cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, xantham gum: acidifier: citric acid, colouring: carotene, acidity corrector: trisodium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate, natural passion flavouring.
