Perfect for creating those Chaffles / Mini Waffles.
Our Fav Easy recipe:
1/2 Cup to 1 Cup Mozzarella
1 x egg
1 x tspn baking powder
1 - 2 tbspn Almond Meal
Add spices / herbs / italian seasoning etc if you wish. Change it up with diced bacon, salami etc. add a tspn of sweetener / vanilla essence for sweet chaffles topped with cream / berries / sugar free maple syrup etc.
