LOYAL - BAKERS LAME/BLADE Disposable - SINGLE

A lame or bakers' blade is used to score/slash bread dough. This is done prior to baking and will create ventilation that will facility rising during the baking process.  The position of the score will dictate where the bread loaf will open or bloom and also gives a decorative appeal to the finished loaf.
