Lemon Oil from the Iconic Flavours range delivers a clean, bright citrus flavour that lifts buttercream, chocolate, and cake batters without adding liquid to the mix. Oil-soluble and heat-stable, it blends cleanly into fat-based mixtures without altering texture.

A few drops goes a long way. Create lemon flavoured buttercream for cake layers and cupcakes, stir into ganache to create a chocolate and lemon flavour, or add to candy melts for a zesty cake pop. Clean, bright, and true to the fruit, one of the most versatile flavours in the range.
