Single Images are to be in PNG / JPEG / BMP Format if editing or change of template size is required. Sheets of Images - PDF is required if you wish to just have your image printed as is! Word Documents or Publisher documents are easily able to be altered to ensure your images fit best on the sheet. Please note texts types can change if sending a text selection. Please send quality images - Low Quality images will not be refundable if your image does not print as expected. Please remember colours may differ from screen view to print view. Please note the printer has approx 1cm bleed margin - so do not put your images right on the very edge. If you need any clarification or to confirm your image is appropriate - please contact us. All images come with how to store and use instructions.

We use Edible Icing sheets that may contain the following ingredients:
Bake Print: starches (E1422, E1412), maltodextrin, glycerin, sugar, water, stabilizers (E414, E460), dextrose, emulsifiers (E435, E471), food colour (E171), flavors (vanillin), preservative (E202, E330). Allergens: contains corn, product is gluten and nut free.
KopyKake: tapioca starch, corn syrup, corn syrup solids, cellulose, water, sugar, canola oil, polysorbate 80, arabic gum, citric acid, sorbitol, glycerine, titanium dioxide, vanilla. Allergens: No known allergens. Gluten, dairy and GMO free. Vegan.
