Chocolate Super Sponge 1kg

What You Need:
1kg Chocolate Super Sponge Mix
350ml Water
400g Eggs (approx 8)

Method:
Combine Cake mix, water and eggs. Whisk on low
for 1 minutes. Scrape bowl and whisk on high for
a further 3 minutes. Oven Temp 170-180 degrees.
Baking times will vary on oven and size of tin.

Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Emulsifiers (475, 471, 472b, 472a (contains Milk), Cocoa
Powder (3.5%), Raising Agents (500, 541), Salt, Vegetable Oil (Palm, Canola),
Colours (155, 133, 124, 102) 
Contains: Gluten, Soy and Milk. May be present due to shared equipment: egg, sulphites.
Best before 9 months from date of manufacture. 
Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
