White Chocolate Truffle Ganache - ready to use.
Use as a filling or covering. Melt down to use as a drip or dipping chocolate. To soften ganache, place in warm water or microwave for short bursts. For whipping purposes, melt to a soft consistency and whip on medium speed 3-5 minutes.
