Pinnacle - Soft Bread & Roll Mix - 1kg

Ingredients:

1kg Mix 

10g Yeast

580g Water

Method:

Combine yeast and water together in a bowl, Add mix, Mix with a dough hook on slow for 2 mins, Then on higher speed for a further 13mins.

Cover bowl with cling wrap rest 10 mins in warm area.

Produced the required shapes you would like.

Allow to rest for approx, 30 min in a warm area. 

Bake at 200 degrees, for approx. 20 mins or until brown. (this may vary pending the size)

Contains gluten, dairy and eggs.

Produced in a facility that also handles soy, tree nuts and sesame.
