Bakels Instant Active Yeast 500g

Bakels Instant Active Dried Yeast is an instant dry yeast. It has considerably higher fermentation activity than traditional yeasts. Bakels Instant Active Dried Yeast has free-flowing granules with a slight yeasty aroma and is good when used in sweet doughs.

Directions for use: add the yeast to the dry ingredients and mix. Then add the liquid and mix.

Easy Handling: Store in cool dry place. No need to dissolve in water. Saves time.
