30g Cake Craft Blue cocoa butter is a concentrated product and perfect to colour and decorate chocolate and other fat masses.

Using instructions: Melt the Cake Craft cocoa butter, by placing the bottle in a warm water bath, at a temperature not higher than 40C. Add the cocoa butter directly to the product to be coloured or apply with a brush to decorate the surface of the chocolate.
