This mix is a Well & Good cake mix, however it has been repackaged in the Lollipop Cake Supplies licensed kitchen. While every effort has been made to avoid cross contamination, this kitchen also packages products that contain nuts, wheat and gluten. 


This Mix makes approximately 1 x Round 8 Inch x 3 Inch high Cake


Chocolate Mud Cake Mix Recipe

1Kg Gluten Free Chocolate Mud Cake Mix

4 x 60g eggs

280ml canola oil

280ml water


Chocolate Fudge Brownie Recipe

1Kg Gluten Free Chocolate Mud Cake Mix

7 x 60g eggs

250g Margarine or Butter

500g Dark Chocolate


Chocolate Mud Cake Mix Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 175C (160C fan forced)

  2. Grease 20cm / 8 Inch round cake tin

  3. Place water, egg and oil then dry ingredients into bowl

  4. Using a beater, combine ingredients on low speed for 1 minute

  5. Scrape down bowl.  Mix on low speed for 1 minute

  6. Spoon into tin.  Bake for approximately 55-60 minutes


Chocolate Fudge Brownie Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 175C (160C fan forced)

  2. Melt margarine/butter and chocolate in the microwave

  3. Add egg, mix well

  4. Add mud cake mix and continue mixing

  5. Pour batter into a greased brownie pan

  6. Bake for approximately 40-50 minutes depending on tray size



High Chocolate Cake: Add 1% Gluten Free baking powder to dry mix

Always grease & paper line tins.

Almond meal or hazelnut meal may be added at 10% dry mix weight for added flavour.
