This versatile mix also bakes beautiful cupcakes, muffins, bar cakes. This premium quality Carrot Cake mix gives you an exceptional moist texture. Try adding pineapple, nuts or poppy seeds for a scrumptious flavour sensation. Ice your cake or cupcakes with Buttercream or Cream Cheese icing or dust your cupcakes and muffins with Icing Sugar. One piece won’t be enough! 

The 1kg mix will bake approximately one 8” x 3” round or one 7” x 3” square. 

Recipe: Mix 1kg, Water 480ml, Butter 170g OR Vegetable Oil 240ml, Eggs 200g Chopped Walnuts - Optional
