Carrot Cake Mix by Bakels produces a delicious lightly spiced cake mix which is perfect for any cake occasion or to share with family and friends for morning or afternoon tea. This versatile mix also bakes beautiful cupcakes, muffins, bar cakes. This premium quality Carrot Cake mix gives you an exceptional moist texture. Try adding pineapple, nuts or poppy seeds for a scrumptious flavour sensation. Ice your cake or cupcakes with Buttercream or Cream Cheese icing or dust your cupcakes and muffins with Icing Sugar. One piece won’t be enough! 

The 1kg mix will bake approximately one 8” x 3” round or one 7” x 3” square. 

Recipe: Mix 1kg, Water 480ml, Butter 170g OR Vegetable Oil 240ml, Eggs 200g Chopped Walnuts - Optional

Method: Place mix and Butter into a mixing bowl blend together on low speed. Add eggs and water and blend in, scrape down. Mix on low speed for one to two minutes. Bake at 180C

Contains: Gluten, Soy. May be present due to shared equipment: egg, milk, sulphites.
Best before 12 months from date of manufacture. Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
