1KG All-In Buttacake Cake Mix

An all-in mix for producing a traditional butter cake with a rich flavour and moist crumb that can hold inclusions. Deposits readily into selected tins and can be made, refrigerated and baked off the following day. Just add water.

The 1kg mix will bake approximately one 9” x 3” round or an 8” x 3” square.

Recipe:

600g Water

1kg All in buttacake mix

Method:
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl, Beat on slow speed for 1 minute.
Scrape down, Beat on second speed for 4 minutes. 
Then beat on low speed for a further 2 minutes.
Oven temperature 180°C.
Baking times will vary on oven and size of tin.

Note:  Baking times are not given as they will vary depending on size of tin and oven.
