Chocolate Mud Cake Mix (Mississippi) by Bakels produces a rich chocolate flavour which is perfect for any cake occasion or to make cupcakes, muffins or bar cakes. This premium quality Chocolate Mud mix is simply the best! It will give you an exceptional moist texture and is delicious to your tastebuds.

The 1kg mix will bake approximately one 8” x 3” round or one 7” x 3” square. 

Recipe: Mix 1kg, Eggs 180g, Water 265ml, Choc Paste 30ml (sold separately), Vegetable Oil 140ml. 

Allergens: Halal Approved. Contains Gluten, Milk.  May be present due to shared equipment: Egg, Soy, Sulphites.

Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour (Thiamine. Folate), Cocoa Powder (6%), Vegetable Oil (Antioxidant (307), Vegetable Fat, Vegetable Oil, Emulsifiers (471,477), Antioxidant (307), Maltodextrin, Potato Flour, Salt, Milk Solids, Raising Agents (450, 500), Natural Flavour, Vegetable Gum (415).
