Caramel Delight Mud Cake Mix by Bakels produces a rich yummy caramel flavour which is perfect for any cake occasion or to make cupcakes, muffins or bar cakes. This premium quality Caramel Mud mix gives you an exceptional moist texture.

The 1kg mix will bake approximately one 8” x 3” round or one 7” x 3” square.

Recipe: Mix 1kg, Eggs 180g, Water 225ml, Canola / Veg Oil 160ml.

Allergens:  Contains Gluten, Milk.  May be present due to shared equipment: Egg, Soy, Sulphites.

Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour (Thiamine, Folate), Maltodextrin, Vegetable Fat (Vegetable Oil, Emulsifiers (471, 477), Antioxidant (307)), Potato Flour, Milk Solids, Salt, Raising Agents (450, 500), Natural Flavour, Malt Extract, Colours (102, 124). 

Note:  Baking times are not given as they will vary depending on size of tin and oven.
