Our Construction inspired Sprinkle  Mix 100g

A unique edible blend of Non Pareils and Jimmies in Construction inspired  colours.

Suitable for decorating on buttercream, ganache, royal icing, fondant, meringues, chocolate, donuts and ice cream.

Product is to be stored in cool dry conditions, away from direct sunlight, heat or humidity.

If stored correctly, product has a shelf life of 18 months.

Ingredients: Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Fat (Emulsifiers 492, 322 - SOY Lecithin), Glucose (Wheat), Vegetable Gum (414), and may contain one or more of the following colours (102, 110, 120, 122, 123, 124, 132, 133, 153, 155, 171), Glazing Agent (904, 903).

This product is manufactured in a facility that handles other products and therefore may contain traces of allergens.

Allergen Statement: Contains GLUTEN, SOY.

Suitable for Halal & Vegetarian Dietary requirements.

Not suitable for Kosher or Vegan Dietary requirements.
