Harry Potter  inspired Sprinkle Mix 100g

A unique edible blend of Non Pareils, Jimmies & the Golden Snitch, in Harry Potter signature colours.

Suitable for decorating on buttercream, ganache, royal icing, fondant, meringues, chocolate, donuts and ice cream.

Product is to be stored in cool dry conditions, away from direct sunlight, heat or humidity.

If stored correctly, product should have a 18 month shelf life. 

Ingredients: Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Fat (Emulsifiers 492, 322 - SOY Lecithin), Glucose (Wheat), Vegetable Gum (414), Wheat Flour, Wheat Starch, maize starch, gelatine, and may contain one or more of the following colours (102, 110, 120, 122, 123, 124, 132, 133, 153, 155, 171,174, 160b(ii)), Glazing Agent (903,904).
