My best friend is Hungarian and I am delighted to have produced this very authentic kit from my research trip in Budapest. The Hungarian Goulash is actually a soup, not a stew as most people think. It is one of the national dishes of Hungary, it is warm and comforting and just with a few ingredients, you can achieve incredible flavour.
This kits is also very versatile to flavour the traditional goulash soup (not stew!), meat balls or mince.
