When living a low carb, keto, gluten free lifestyle, one is always looking for healthier versions that supermarkets just don't stock, as it's just to hard to cater for the minority with special dietary requirements.
I have been working on these flavours to perfect them and to fill a void in the industry for some delicious, clean, tasty, family friendly healthy alternatives for crumbing.

SMOKY - SPICY
I love this crumb mix, it does not over take and blow your mouth way, but adds that extra oomph to gamey meat and perfect for cuts like lamb cutlets, pork chops, lamb chops etc.
Ingredients : Almonds, Paprika, Pepper, Chilli, Sage, Oregano, Rosemary, Garlic, Onion, Cayenne Pepper.
