What You Need:
1kg Vegan Cake Mix
460ml Water
240ml Vegetable Oil
Method: Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix on low for 2 minutes. Scrape down and mix on medium speed for approx 3 to 4 minutes and then on low speed for 1 minute. Oven temp 170 - 180 degrees. Baking time for cupcakes approx 25-35 min. Cake depends on size and shape (6"x3" approx 40min)
Notes: Add Flavouring of choice. Swirl through lemon curd / add mixed berries etc.
