Super Sponge Cake Mix - 1kg

What You Need:
1kg Super Sponge Mix
400g Eggs
350ml Water

Method:
Combine Cake mix, eggs and water. Mix on low
for 1 minute. Scrape down and mix on high for a
further 5 minutes. Oven Temp 180 degrees.
Baking times will vary on oven and size of tin.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, sugar , emulsifier 
(471,472b,477,475) (Milk, wheat), raising agents (500,541) 
milk solids, vegetable oils (canola, palm), thickeners (412,415)
(soy), colours (102,110).
Allergens: Contains wheat, gluten, milk and soy. May contain egg.

Makes approx 24 x Standard cupcakes @ 50g each
