Pinnacle Creme Muffin Cake Mix - 1kg

What you need:
1kg Creme Muffin mix
225g water
350g Egg
1850g Canola oil

Method:
Place water, eggs and creme muffin cake mix into a mixing bowl, using a beater, mix on low for 1 minute. Scrape down bowl. Mix on low speed for a further 1 minute. Scrape down. Stream in canola oil on low speed, scrape in excess oil from sides of the bowl, mix until clear(approx. 1 minute.)

Bake at 200C  - Standard 100g 20-25 minutes

Mud Cake recipe

What you need:

1kg Creme muffin mix

400g water

300g egg

200g oil

300g White chocolate

Method:

Place water and egg into a mixing bowl. Add creme muffin mix. Using a beater, blend in mix on low speed for 1 minute. Melt white chocolate and oil together. Add white chocolate and oil. Scrape down, mix on low-medium for 1 minute.

Bake at 160C for approx 45 minutes.
