250g Custard Mix
625g Cold Water
Mixture may be divided into smaller batches.
Place water and custard mix into mixing bowl. Using whisk attachment mix for 1 minute. Scrape Down. Mix on high for 4 minutes or until smooth. Let stand for 15 minutes before piping. Consistency of custard may be varied by increasing or decreasing the water.
