Ingredients:
500g Cheesecake Mix
350ml water
Method: Combine cheesecake mix and water, using whisk attachment on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Set ontop of prepared biscuit Crumb base (approx 7" to 8" tin). Chill until firm.
Notes* Add flavouring of choice. Swirl through lemon curd / add mixed berries etc. Top with desired decorations.

Best before 12 months from date of manufacture. Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
