INGREDIENTS:
1KG MUFFIN MIX
220G EGG
280G CANOLA OIL
280ML WATER

Method:
Preheat oven to 200C (180C Fan Forced), prepare patty pans or muffin tins.
Place water, egg and oil then dry ingredients into a bowl. Using beater,
combine ingredients on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down bowl. Mix on
low speed for 1 minute. Gently fold in filling / flavour. Spoon into patty pans
or muffin tins. Bake for approximately 20-25mins for a 85g muffin. 30-35mins
for a 110g muffin.
