A White Chocolate Mousse Premix.
Combine 250g of White Chocolate Mousse Mix and 375g of CHILLED water together in a mixing bowl. Whisk on low speed until combined. Scrape bowl and whisk on highest speed for 1-2 minutes or until fluffy and thick. Allow 1 hour refrigeration before serving.
