White Mud Cake Mix by Bakels produces a rich creamy white chocolate flavour which is perfect for any cake occasion or to make cupcakes, muffins or bar cakes. This premium quality White Chocolate Mud mix gives you an exceptional moist texture and is perfect to colour when making rainbow or gender reveal cakes using our range of colours. This mixture does not require the addition of Chocolate.
The 1kg mix will bake approximately one 8” x 3” round or one 7” x 3” square.
Recipe: Mix 1kg, Eggs 200g, Water 260ml, Vegetable Oil 140ml.
Allergens: Gluten and Milk. May be present due to shared equipment: egg, soy and sulphites.
Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour (thiamine, folate), Vegetable Fat (vegetable oil, emulsifiers (471, 477) antioxidant (307)), Maltodextrin, Potato Flour, Salt, Milk Solids, Raising Agents (450, 500), Natural Flavour.
